When mitigation clears a room, your belongings still have to go somewhere. That handoff — to a storage unit, a cleaning service, and eventually a mover — is where the second part of the loss begins.
C2C keeps the file: pack-out, storage, and move-back sequenced by our own crews on one schedule, so your restorable belongings come back the same way they left, under one point of contact.

Climate-controlled
Climate-controlled storage until the rebuild is complete, then move-back on a date that works for you.
One point of contact, first box to move-back: no storage unit, no separate cleaning service, and no third-party mover to chase — the same file carries the contents portion of your claim from inventory through return.

Belongings transported to our climate-controlled warehouse; cleaning, repairs, and deodorization performed in accordance with the insurance scope

Move-back
Move-back scheduled once reconstruction is complete — a 10-day notice helps us meet your preferred date.
