Residential Reconstruction & Build-Back · Since 2000
Loss Construction
— we don't just dry it out, we bring it back
Most firms stop at the dry-out and hand you a list of contractors. We carry the file through the rebuild — by our own crews, on one schedule — so your home is returned to the day before the loss, not a shell of it
THE BASICS
The rebuild is the second part of the loss — not a second project to manage.
When the drying ends, your home still isn't whole. That handoff — hiring a contractor, chasing trades, months of coordination — is where the second part of the loss begins. C2C keeps the file: framing through finishes, by our own crews on one schedule, so you have a single point of contact from the first call to the final walk-through.
KNOW THE DIFFERENCE
Framing through finishes
— one schedule, one invoice.
Category 01
Structure
Framing, drywall, and exterior returned to pre-loss condition.
Category 02
Systems
Electrical, plumbing, and HVAC reinstated, in accordance with the insurance scope and code.
Category 03
Finishes
Flooring, paint, cabinetry, and fixtures matched back to the home you had.
THE C2C COMMERCIAL PROCESS
Pre-loss agreement → mitigation → restoration → sign-off.
step one
Pre-loss Agreement
Rate sheet signed before anything happens; your home added to the dispatch file for priority response. No charge until a loss occurs.
step two
Mitigation
Stabilization placed first; crews dispatched immediately to the loss site, on-site within.
step three
Restoration
Reconstruction performed in accordance with the insurance scope, by our own crews. Daily or weekly updates issued.
step four
Sign-off
Final walk-through with owner and/or adjuster. One closing document as agreed by all parties.
CONTINUITY
Same owner, same dispatch line, same crews, same quality of work.
One point of contact through sign-off means no gap between the dry-out and the build-back, no re-hiring mid-claim, and a record that stays continuous — the same people who stabilized your home are the ones who finish it.
INSURANCE & DOCUMENTATION
We document the rebuild the same way we documented the loss — so nothing falls through between mitigation and sign-off.
Loss Construction means one file, start to finish. We produce scope-aligned estimates, track permits, and issue progress documentation through every phase of the rebuild — so the final walk-through has no surprises for the owner or the adjuster.
Scope
of Work
Written rebuild plan aligned to the insurance scope — framing, finishes, and sequencing documented before work begins.
Permit Tracking
Permits pulled, inspections scheduled, and approval records maintained as part of the project file.
Progress Documentation
Phase-by-phase updates issued to the owner and/or adjuster as work advances — daily or weekly, as agreed.
Photo & Video Record
Time-stamped documentation of structural work, material installation, and finished conditions through final sign-off.
Residential build-back crews cover every county we serve.
We've staged crews and equipment across all five Southern California counties — Los Angeles, Ventura County, Santa Barbara County, Orange County, and San Diego County — since 2000.
